MCI on Spectralis revealed multiple choroidal ruptures and a retinal tear in a trauma patient with hazy media due to vitreous hemorrhage. Barrage laser was done to prevent macular detachment. Follow-up MCI showed clearer findings.

RPE R.I.P – Multimodal imaging on Spectralis revealed a giant RPE rip. FFA showed a window defect with hypoautofluorescent margins indicating scrolled RPE. FAF confirmed the pattern, and OCT revealed the large RPE tear.
